We have implemented 3 very solid options to make sure that you get your vaping essentials during these trying times. OPTION #1 : SAME DAY DELIVERY
Please note that we are only delivering within a 35km radius of our warehouse location which is at 1423 Grahams Lane, Burlington, Ontario. Our system will automatically let you know if you are located within the 35km radius delivery zone once you enter your address and postal code at checkout.

If you are in an eligible delivery zone, please select "Same Day Delivery” as a shipping method. This service costs $8.00 CAD with no minimum purchase amount. All orders MUST be placed before 4 PM EST to qualify for this service. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day. Our Same Day Delivery service will only be available Monday-Friday and orders will be delivered from 5 PM to 11 PM EST. Weekend orders will be delivered on the following Monday.
This service is currently available for customers in the above-mentioned areas ONLY.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Head on over to www.coldturkeyjuice.com, add the products you need to your cart and proceed to the checkout page
- You will see an option for Same Day Delivery when selecting your shipping method. Our system will automatically tell you if you are eligible or not based on your address and postal code.
- Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a text message or e-mail confirmation that your order is out for delivery. At this time we can not offer specific time slots for deliveries. All deliveries will be taking place between the hours of 5 PM to 11 PM EST Monday - Friday.
- If we can not make contact with you on the day of your delivery we will attempt to call you if unsuccessful we will re attempt delivery the next day.
If you are not located within the eligible delivery zone you can still place your order and have it shipped directly to you. We have lowered the minimum purchase amount for free delivery across Canada from $80 to $50 and orders are still being shipped out same-day through Canada Post services.

OPTION #2 CANADA POST DELIVERY
We have lowered the minimum purchase amount for free delivery across Canada from $80 to $50 and orders are still being shipped out same-day through Canada Post services.
Please keep in mind that during the lock down / holiday season Canada Post will be experiencing some delays. Although we understand your frustration during a shipment delay we would like to remind you ahead of time that once the package leaves our warehouse we have ZERO control and can do very little on our end to speed the process up. All options for deliveries as well as free delivery options will be available on the checkout page.

OPTION #3 CURB SIDE PICK UP
To place an order simply go to www.coldturkeyjuice.com and select PICK UP during the checkout process.
Once the order has been received you will be notified VIA e-mail or text message that your order is ready for pick up.

Standard ONLINE orders will not be affected. We will continue to pack and ship as usual with no delays.
We will still be offering free delivery VIA Canada post for all orders over $50 Canada wide as well as same day delivery.
The Saturday promo will still be available to all customers but ONLY on Saturdays. Alternatively we have a buy 4 get 1 free option that is available 7 days a week when placing orders online. Simply drop 5 bottles in your cart and the system will automatically give you the 5th bottle for free.
PICKING UP / PLACING YOUR ORDER:
- Please Practice physical distancing at all times, be courteous towards other customers waiting and staff alike.
- If your are driving please park in the designated "CURB SIDE PICK UP" parking spots.
- If you are not driving we have installed a doorbell that is being sanitized between every customer. Please ring the bell and give us a moment to answer.
