Shipping policy

All orders Within Canada are sent with 19+ signatures required. And all orders Sent to the US are 21+ signatures required. No exceptions to this shipping policy. 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cold Turkey Juice.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders placed before 2 PM from Monday to Friday generally ship out the same day however could take up to 2 business days if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Cold Turkey Juice.com  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Cold Turkey Juice.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect / Incomplete Address

Orders that are returned back to the sender (Cold Turkey Juice) for an incomplete or incorrect address will be subject to any and all fees incurred with retrieving the package and or having to re-ship the package. 

If for whatever reason you would like to cancel the order you will be subject to all charges associated with having to retrieve the package from the post office and a standard 5% restocking fee.
